We ship all orders insured via DHL and provide you with tracking information.

Shipping Carrier

DHL Parcel — insured shipping with tracking. Your order is carefully packed in a sturdy box and inspected before dispatch.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the DHL tracking number. You can track the current location of your shipment at any time on dhl.com/tracking.

Delivery Time

We typically ship within 1–3 business days of receiving your order (or after payment receipt for bank transfer). DHL delivery time depends on the destination:

Germany: 1–2 business days
EU countries: 3–7 business days
Outside the EU: 5–14 business days (customs dependent)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination. All prices include packaging and insurance:

Germany	Free
EU countries	14,90 EUR
Outside the EU	34,90 EUR

Insurance

Every parcel is insured by DHL up to the full value of the goods. If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately — we will handle the claim and arrange a replacement.

Note on Bank Transfer (Vorkasse): For bank transfer payments, shipping takes place only after your transfer has been received on our account. Please use the order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment correctly.
