Payment Methods

We offer two secure payment methods: PayPal (with all options like credit card and installments) or bank transfer (Vorkasse).

PayPal

Fast, easy and secure — via your PayPal account or as a guest. PayPal offers several options:

  • PayPal account — Pay with your PayPal balance or linked bank account.
  • Credit & debit card — Visa, Mastercard and American Express, no PayPal account required.
  • "Pay Later" / installments — Split the total into 3 interest-free monthly payments, or finance up to 24 months (subject to credit check, service provided by PayPal Europe; availability depends on country).
  • PayPal Buyer Protection — Eligible payments may be refunded under PayPal's Buyer Protection terms.

After placing your order, you'll be redirected to PayPal. Your order is prepared for shipping immediately after successful payment.

Bank Transfer (Vorkasse / Prepayment)

When choosing bank transfer, you'll receive an email with our bank details right after placing your order. Please note:

  • Use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment.
  • Shipping takes place immediately after payment is received on our account (typically 1–3 business days after transfer).
  • We hold your order for 14 days. If no payment is received within that time, the order is automatically cancelled.

Payment Security

All payment transactions take place via encrypted connections (TLS). We do not store any credit card or bank data — these are processed exclusively by the payment provider (PayPal) or your bank.
